The Opportunity
We are hiring our first GTM team members. This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to shape how ClarityCare goes to market, how we build pipeline, how we position the company, and how we win in one of the largest and most important markets in healthcare.
We are looking for people with urgency, creativity, taste, and resilience. People who can open doors, create momentum, and turn conversations into contracts.
We are open to hiring across two profiles:
Role(s) available
- GTM Lead
- You’ll own the commercial motion from first touch to signed contract.
This role is for someone who has sold into health plans, TPAs, ASOs, BPOs, or adjacent healthcare operations buyers — and already understands how relationship-driven, complex healthcare sales work.
- You will:
- Own new logo pipeline across health plans, TPAs, ASOs, and healthcare operators
- Drive deals from prospecting through close
- Activate your existing payer / healthcare executive network
- Represent ClarityCare at conferences, dinners, onsite meetings, and customer visits
- Travel frequently — roughly two weeks per month — to meet prospects and create momentum
- Work directly with the CEO on account strategy, positioning, pricing, and deal execution
- Navigate complex buyer groups across clinical ops, technology, finance, procurement, and executives
- You may be a fit if:
- You have sold into health plans, TPAs, or payer operations teams before
- You have a strong rolodex and know how to use it
- You love in-person selling and relationship-building
- You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and create urgency
- You are persistent, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating without a playbook
- Growth Engineer
- You’ll be our creative engine for pipeline generation.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It sits at the intersection of sales, creativity, operations, experimentation, and execution. Your job is to get ClarityCare in front of the right healthcare buyers in ways that are impossible to ignore.
- You will:
- Design and execute creative GTM campaigns that break through the noise
- Build repeatable systems for generating qualified pipeline
- Experiment across channels: founder content, LinkedIn, podcasts, direct mail, gifting, books, dinners, conferences, and targeted outbound
- Turn conferences into pipeline machines before, during, and after each event
- Create memorable ways to reach payer executives — from a handwritten note to a croissant delivery to flying across the country for the right buyer
- Partner with the CEO and GTM Lead to identify accounts, qualify buyers, and create urgency
- Move quickly from idea to execution, measure what works, and scale what drives real opportunities
- You may be a fit if:
