What You'll Accomplish

• Turn clinical chaos into working AI. Healthcare workflows are messy and high-stakes. You'll cut through the complexity and build solutions that scale.
• Put clinical AI in front of clinicians. You will build from day 1 RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, structured extraction from unstructured records. You own whether it works in the real world.
• Become the customer's most trusted technical AI partner. You're the person teams call when things need to get done, and the one who spots the next opportunity to expand what AI can do for them. You will know your customer metrics
• Shape how ClarityCare AI scales. You will work directly with the founders to shape to product and technical vision.

Responsibilities

• Scope and architect AI solutions for ambiguous, high-stakes clinical problems, from first conversation to production spec
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and AI systems that process clinical medical records
• Ensure interoperability with healthcare data standards (EHR, FHIR, HL7)
• Own monitoring, performance tuning, and improvement post-deployment, with relentless attention to detail
• Identify new opportunities for AI adoption within existing client accounts
• Partner with product and clinical safety teams to close feedback loops
• Navigate clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders with clarity and credibility

Compensation & benefits

• $120k–$190k base, calibrated by level
• Equity: 0.1%-0.5% equivalent in stock options
