- Founding Customer Success Manager
- You will own post-sale success: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accounts
- You will project-manage customer implementations end-to-end and get them to real, measurable value fast
- You will become the trusted strategic partner of COOs, CMOs, nurses, and ops leaders using Electra every day
- You will translate customer workflows into clear timelines, milestones, and success criteria that drive adoption
- You will spot expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and own the strategy to grow each account
- You will work with an A* team of ex-founders, operators & clinicians
- You love building deep customer relationships and making sure our AI actually changes how work gets done
