  • You will translate complex chart reviews into structured logic that engineers can scale safely
  • You will set the gold standard for clinical accuracy, guideline interpretation, and decision quality
  • You will design and run clinical QA processes that ensure consistency across thousands of cases
  • You will partner closely with engineers to turn medical expertise into reliable agent behavior
  • You will expand our clinical coverage across specialties and evidence-based criteria
  • You will work with an A* team of ex-founders, operators & clinicians
  • You love building systems, operationalizing clinical judgment, and improving patient access at scale

• Part-time Clinician:

  Join ClarityCare AI and help millions of patients get faster access to care through streamlined prior authorizations.

  • Role: chart notes interpreter against evidence-based criteria (across any medical procedures), contractor initially with opportunity for a founding clinician role
  • Time commitment: 20h/week
  • Requirements (any): nursing school, medical residency, RN, MD, BSN etc.
  • Compensation: project-based + qualifications
  • Extensive experience in chart review necessary, experience in utilization review helpful, attention to detail, tech-savviness, impact driven
  • Location: remote with at least 4h overlapping time with PT timezone
