- Chief of Staff
- Own the full GTM motion: from first outreach to signed contract and live deployment. You’ll prospect, sell, close, and nurture — end to end.
- Turn pilots into case studies: scope and launch proof-of-concepts, measure impact, and convert early wins into repeatable, referenceable success.
- Build the playbook as you go: craft messaging, define ICPs, refine pricing, and design the sales process for scale.
- Be the customer’s voice: capture insights from payer, TPA, and clinical teams to inform product direction and roadmap priorities.
- Represent ClarityCare externally: run demos, attend industry events (SIIA, HCAA, AHIP), and make us the name everyone knows in AI-powered utilization management.
- Operate like a founder: bias for action, clean execution, relentless follow-up, and comfort in ambiguity.
